"Technical - We are happy to liaise with the venue in advance over logistics. The band needs a playing area of 3 x 4 metres minimum, and one clean 13A socket. Easy access to this area from our vehicle is important. We like to arrive early – for example prior to a dinner even if we are playing afterwards. We can set up in 45 minutes if time is limited. Lighting for the band is available at no extra charge. Our PA can be used for commercial music tracks and announcements. A changing room is ideal if formal dress is required. Hospitality in the form of food and drinks is always appreciated.
Financial – We require written / emailed confirmation of a booking. A 20% deposit will be taken and the balance is payable 4 weeks before the event. We do not charge VAT. We charge for travel only if the event is further than 50 miles from Edinburgh. Accommodation would only be charged for exceptionally late or distant gigs.
Assurances – All of our equipment is independently safety certified. We carry full public liability insurance for band members - please note this does not cover anyone else using the band equipment. Finally, we are professional; we are very good at our music; and we like to have fun playing for our clients and their guests! "
